You have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Decent Man for a full refund. This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons e.g. underwear. You must inform Decent Man via email at email@example.com or in writing within 7 days clearly stating your order number. For orders that are 'Awaiting Dispatch' it may be possible to cancel your order before it is dispatched. If however your order has already shipped, you will need to return the order to us at the address below.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item or items to us in their original condition complete with all labels and tags within 15 days of receipt. On receipt of the goods and upon satisfactory inspection of your return we will issue a refund for the goods. Refund timescales may vary so please allow 10 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement. Some products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons e.g. underwear.
Decent Man is not liable for the cost of returning items. Any incurred shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please note: The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
